“What’s left when you’re gone” | A graphic mixed media series

For the collaborative exhibition held at Hydrogenfabrikken November 2015, Hans Gerhard showed his latest series of mixed media and silkscreen works. These prints all play on the knowledge of how fragile we humans as a species are. If we were to disappear today, how long before all we were is gone. Nature takes over and our world is overgrown and a mere bump in the landscape. A timeline illustrating this scenario is frequently turning up in the back of HGM’s head.
